The Aventedge Workforce Inclusion and Diversity Conference takes an in-depth look at diversity programs which embrace values, beliefs, experiences, backgrounds and preferences in the workforce. We have been running this Conference in Australia since 2016, and are pleased to announce that we will be running the Conference in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Hong Kong and Singapore throughout 2018. Simon is a transformational change leader who works with global and local organisations to deliver sustainable and high-performance outcomes. He is the founder and Co-CEO of the consulting company, A Human Agency, which lives by the mantra of HR designed differently. He helps many Australia’s top performing companies move beyond the complex and design simple people oriented solutions. He is also holds the position as Australia’s Head of Country for the global Change Management Institute. He is most known for his work within diversity and inclusion and is recognised as a leader in the space. He co-authored CMI’s e-book on ‘Change in the age of disruption’, and has also been published by the Centre for Workplace Leadership on the important role culture plays in rapid organisational growth and engagement.
