May 21 - May 23

Workforce Inclusion & Diversity Conference Sydney
21 – 23 May

The Aventedge Workforce Inclusion and Diversity Conference takes an in-depth look at diversity programs which embrace values, beliefs, experiences, backgrounds and preferences in the workforce. We have been running this Conference in Australia since 2016, and are pleased to announce that we will be running the Conference in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Hong Kong and Singapore throughout 2018. By attending this two-day Conference, you will gain an overview of the current issues, challenges and trends surrounding workplace diversity and inclusion. Not only that – but you will discover critical steps and practices to assist your organisation in transitioning from diversity to diversity and inclusion. There is something unique about the calibre of speakers and organisations who will bring their expertise to this Conference in May. You will hear case studies addressing inclusion and diversity journeys, lessons learned, and most importantly the tangible takeaways for your organisation to prepare for the future of work and create inclusiveness in today’s diverse workforce.

The two-day event will cover a range of challenges and issues that surround workplace inclusion & diversity, such as:

  • gender diversity
  • pay parity
  • LGBTQI+
  • cultural differences
  • ethnicities
  • Aboriginal/Indigenous & Torres Strait Islander people
  • fostering inclusivity
