March 21 @ 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Australia is making progress towards equal representation of genders in business. While there is still considerable progress to be made, it seems that the importance of feminism is now more widely embraced than ever. Now, it is not the question of whether we’ll achieve equality in the future, but how we’ll achieve it. This year’s International Women’s Day campaign theme for 2019 is #BalanceforBetter. From grassroots activism to worldwide action, we are entering an exciting period of history where the world expects balance. We notice its absence and celebrate it’s presence.

International Women’s Day is celebrated accross the world to encourage contribution towards the Inspation of Greatness – AWN Global together with SheRises Global, is proud to present Her Tribe – Surviving Domestic Violence. Our theme is #DeepDive.

Join us for a sit down, two-course lunch with beverages.

Guest Speaker – Elizabeth Jackson

Elizabeth Jackson, born an Irish Kiwi, has accomplished an outstanding career as a Property Investment Strategist. Elizabeth started in central London as an Operations Manager for Real Estate Group, then expanded into the Australia and New Zealand markets over the past 20 years ago.

Elizabeth has been the Director of her own business since 2008 and believes the secret to her success, is being nimble in the ever-changing landscape that is “Australian Property Market”. Her approach over the years to the property market, is simply three words, research, research and research. With an easy and engaging style of presenting information, Elizabeth can make even the difficult seem easy to understand.

Elizabeth’s knowledge and expertise in this sector has resulted in Elizabeth being a regular guest on MPTV, a successful property show, appeared with Dallas Brookes and the Mortgage Busters on TV, and her own radio shows where she highlights the stories and journeys of our Australian and NZ Entrepreneurs.

Producing and Presenting her own Radio & TV shows, Elizabeth wants to challenge the “money lingo”and she achieves this by interviewing Australia’s finest money makers, brokers, accountants, financial planners, estate planners and property specialists (to name a few) highlighting current events in the money space.

Elizabeth has a wealth of real estate industry knowledge gained across diverse roles some of which include Creator, Producer and Presenter of Hot Entrepreneur, Radio Producer and Presenter of #Gotmoney on JOY FM and the up and coming launch of HerTribe in March 2019.

“By dismantling the “money jargon” it starts to create independence and confidence for our listeners as knowledge is power.”
